One policy covering every extension we publish, with a section per product. The short version: our extensions read the page you are looking at, work things out locally, and show you the answer. That data stays in your browser.
What applies to every extension
We do not collect personal information
No name, no email address, no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, no fingerprinting. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties, because nothing is collected in the first place.
We do not track your browsing. An extension runs only on the page where you click its toolbar icon, and records nothing about any other page.
Where a product keeps snapshots to show you what changed since your last visit, those are written only on a paid plan — on the free plan nothing is stored about the pages you look at. Where snapshots do exist they cover exactly the pages you chose to analyse, never sites you merely visited, they stay in your browser, and you can erase them from that extension’s settings. That control stays available if a subscription lapses, so history you created remains yours to delete.
The one network request we make
If you buy a licence and paste the key into an extension’s settings, that extension sends the key, the product name, and a random identifier generated on your device to our licence server, so we can confirm the key is valid and count how many devices use it. That request contains nothing else — no page data, no URLs, no history, no email address.
The random identifier is generated with crypto.getRandomValues when the
extension is installed. It is not derived from your hardware, browser, IP address, or
anything else about you, and it cannot be linked back to you.

chrome.storage.sync is Chrome’s own storage. If you are signed in
to Chrome, Chrome carries those items to your other computers and restores them if you
reinstall, which is why you never have to re-enter your key. That is Chrome syncing your
data on your behalf under Google’s privacy policy — the data does not pass
through our servers and we cannot read it. If you are not signed in, it stays on that
machine.
Removing an extension removes its local items. To clear the synced items, use “Remove key” on its settings page.
Payment
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. Your email address and payment details go to Dodo, not to us. We receive your email address so we can send your licence key and support you; we never see your card details. Dodo’s own privacy policy governs the data you give them at checkout.
Data retention
Page data is never retained. The licence server retains your key, your purchase email, and the random device identifiers that activated it, for as long as the licence is active. Email us to have a licence and its records deleted.
Your rights
You can clear local data by removing the extension, request deletion of your licence record by email, and stop using the software at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the licence record we hold.
Shopify Store Analyzer
When you click the Shopify Store Analyzer icon on a storefront, it reads:
- the page’s own script and stylesheet URLs, to identify which Shopify apps are installed;
- the store’s public JSON endpoints (
/products.json,/collections.json) — the same data any visitor can load in a browser tab; - the
Shopifyobject the storefront itself publishes, for the theme name and currency.
It reads this only on the tab you clicked, and only when you click. It does not run on page load, in the background, or on any other tab. Results are rendered locally and discarded when you close the panel. A one-line summary of the most recent store — its domain and product count — is kept locally so the popup can show it, and is overwritten by the next analysis.
Shopify Store Analyzer transmits no store data anywhere.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and noted in the affected extension’s changelog.
