Ask within 14 days of a payment and you get your money back. You do not have to explain why.
How to request one
Email us from the address you paid with, with your receipt or licence key. We reply within two business days and the refund is issued through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. It usually reaches your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling instead of refunding
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — ask for one if that is what you want.
After a refund
The licence key is revoked, and the extension returns to its free tier the next time it checks in. Nothing else on your machine is changed, and you can buy again later.
Before you buy
Every extension has a free tier and unlocks everything for the first three days after install. We would rather you tried it than relied on this policy.
